Research Experience

Haleema’s undergraduate thesis explored the differences in attitudes of male students towards their female fellows in single-sex versus co-educational schools. She also conducted an ethnographic research project on the oppression(s) faced by mentally ill and juvenile prisoners in Lahore’s Central Jail. Her other projects include exploring the various definitions of corruption in Lahore’s constituencies and child rights in the family.

She also gained further experience through her work at the hunger alleviation organization Rizq and as a Research Assistant for the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
