Ayesha Tarek has been with the Collective since 2013. Majoring in Psychology, she developed an interest in research, while writing her thesis on 'The Psychosocial Consequences of Gender Discrimination against Working Women in Karachi, Pakistan'. Ayesha is currently working on a UNICEF supported study investigating the well-being of adolescents in Karachi titled 'Being an Adolescent in Karachi'.
