Haris Gazdar was asked to carry out a Situation and Power Analysis to aid Oxfam GB and their partners evolve a campaign strategy on 'land rights and poverty in Pakistan'. The Situation Analysis consisted of a wide-ranging review of issues, and the Power Analysis utilised Oxfam GB's tools for building a framework for identifying challenging but realistic goals for a medium term strategy.
