The Government of Balochistan requested assistance from the Asian Development Bank for the preparation of a project for rural development and drought mitigation. Halcrow Pakistan were engaged on the project preparation technical assistance (TA 4319-PAK) and Haris Gazdar of the Collective was hired by Halcrow to provide poverty specialist inputs.
