The Asian Development Bank made a loan to the provincial governments of Balochistan, NWFP, and Sindh (Loan No 1278-PAK Middle School Project) for the improvement of middle schooling with a particular emphasis on the schooling of girls. The Collective was engaged as consultant to provide inputs into the Project Completion Report (PCR). A sample survey was undertaken of upgraded schools in the three provinces. The survey provided detailed information for the PCR on all aspects of school upgradation and performance.
